Terms of Service

Payment ONLY Over Paypal and in € (Euro). I do not accept any other payment methods or currency, please ask how much it would cost and convert so that you are able to pay.

I do NOT do refunds. Please be sure to really want the commission and look over the sketches provided thoroughly to make sure nothing is missing.

All commissioned pieces will be shared on my social media, but if requested by the commissioner, they can be kept private. This request has to be stated at the start of the commission.

I have the right to decline any commission I am uncomfortable with, or if I do not feel confident in being able to complete it.

I will refuse to work with you if you have shown a disregard for my ToS or have a history of being rude or quitting out of commissions, be that with me or other artists.

You have the right to use your commission as wallpapers, profile pictures (with credit) and any personal use. Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

You may not claim the piece/s as your own art.

I have the right to re-use poses or ideas from canceled commission sketches.

I do not consent for any of my work, including commissioned pieces, to be used for AI, Cryptocurrency or NFT related matters

Please provide a SFW reference of the character you want drawn, if only a NSFW reference exists, you must thoroughly censor anything explicit. The commission will not proceed otherwise.

I will not be drawing any NSFW works or fetish.

You have a right to ask for a WIP [work in progress] shot of your commission at any time as long as it isn´t multiple times a day or week.

Please do not rush me. I work on commissions in my spare time and will not rush for any deadlines that have not been discussed prior.

An unshaded reference sheet of your character must be provided.

A rough sketch will be sent to you for approval before payment will be requested. At this stage the first 4 changes are free.

If your commission cost goes over €120, a two-part payment plan can be discussed. However, the commission will not be finished before the full price is paid.

I will take my time with the commissions when I am able to do so, it can take up to 1 week to 10 months depending on the queue and life changes. I will clarify that 10 months is a worst case scenario. If I have a huge hurdle mentally or life wise and am not able to work on a BIG queue at that moment, this will take time.

After the piece is done , please provide an email address the piece can be sent to so the client can receive a high res imagine

If you ordered a SKETCH you won´t receive a rough sketch unless asked when ordering, you will have to pay beforehand. IF it happens to be a coloured or shaded sketch you may see a VERY rough sketch of it to get poses or expressions right.
